Incident Details: Today, NOVA Chemicals is conducting maintenance activities at its Fairview Pipeline Compound located at the south end of Fairview Blvd. and south of LaSalle Line. As part of this process, community members may notice a temporary ground flare as we safely prepare the equipment for maintenance. Brief flaring is the only anticipated impact. NOVA Chemicals has comprehensive pipeline integrity management and operations/maintenance programs to maintain the integrity of and safely operate our pipeline systems.
