Incident Details: The Suncor Sarnia refinery is currently in the process of safely re-starting a unit following an interruption in service. During this time, you may notice periods of increased flaring and a possible increase in noise levels. We are conducting perimeter monitoring as an added safety precaution and have provided information to CAER and the Spills Action Centre.
