Incident Details: Good Evening. This is Diamond Petrochemicals (DPCC). After a completion of a planned outage at our plant site, we will begin safely re-starting our plant beginning around 7:30am tomorrow (May 3rd). Neighbors may notice periods of increased flaring and noise We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for community members.
