Incident Details: This is Diamond Petrochemical (DPCC). We are completing our planned maintenance outage of our operating unit over the next few days, and we are preparing the equipment for start-up. As a result of these normal activities, our neighbors may notice periods of increased flaring and noise between today and into early next week. Should action be required by the community, instructions will be issued by your municipality. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for community members.
