Sarnia Area Environmental Health Project: Nov. 29th Sarnia Community Presentation
November 17, 2023/By: Bluewater Association for Safety, Environment, and Sustainability
The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is hosting a community presentation to share findings from the Sarnia Area Environmental Health Project (SAEHP).
The Sarnia Area Environmental Health Project (SAEHP) aimed to help address concerns about air pollution and other environmental stressors from local industries in the Sarnia area. This study was led by the ministry, with the support of many partners. The project has helped to enhance our understanding of the links between the environment and health in the community, with a focus on assessing exposures to chemicals in air and associated health risks.
Please join us for a presentation that summarizes all of the key findings from this study, followed by time for a Q&A.
The meeting will be held in-person on Nov. 29th, 2023, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Best Western Guildwood Inn Sarnia/Point Edward (Oak Room). Virtual attendance option is also available.
Please register for the event using the Eventbrite link. Meeting details (materials and virtual links) will be emailed to you closer to the meeting date: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/sarnia-area-environmental-health-project-sarnia-community-presentation-tickets-755798612997?aff=oddtdtcreator
