ABOUT EP DAY 2025

EP Day is a FREE dynamic, family-friendly event held during Emergency Preparedness Week in the first week of May.

When: Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 10am-2pm

Location: Lambton College – Indoor exhibits in Gym D, Outdoor exhibits in Parking Lot 13

This interactive community event focuses on promoting public safety and preparedness by engaging attendees of all ages in meaningful learning experiences.

Participants will have the chance to connect with emergency responders, explore hands-on displays, and gain essential skills for managing real-life emergencies. Through live demonstrations and interactive exhibits, attendees will leave with practical tools and knowledge to build a safer, more resilient community.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Volunteers are essential to the success of EP Day! Whether you’re helping with event setup, assisting exhibitors, or welcoming attendees, volunteers play a vital role in creating a seamless and engaging experience for the community.

Volunteer Roles May Include:

  • Event setup and teardown.
  • Supporting the kids’ fun zone and other activities.
  • Assisting with exhibitor needs.
  • Providing general information to attendees.

10. What happens if it rains?
EP Day will proceed rain or shine. Indoor exhibits will be held in the main gym at Lambton College, and outdoor activities will take place as planned unless severe weather conditions arise.
