DPCC Community Notification

Incident Details: This is Diamond Petrochemical (DPCC). Our Olefins plant at 1265 Vidal St. may experience higher-than-normal flaring levels. This can be seen as a taller-than-normal flame, possibly with visible smoke and higher noise levels than normal. The unit is shutting down due to a loss of steam supply and the flare system is functioning as designed. This message will be removed when the flaring is concluded. Regulatory notifications including to the SAC line have been made.
