Suncor Sarnia Refinery Community Notification

Incident Details: On the evening of April 2, the Suncor Sarnia Refinery identified a release of hydrocarbon on site. We immediately responded, identified the source of the release, and isolated it. As a precautionary measure, response equipment, including booms and vacuum units, has been deployed and air monitoring in the vicinity is underway. All appropriate regulatory agencies and local community organizations have been notified. The safety of our people, community members and the environment remain our top priority.
