Incident Details: At approximately 8:30 a.m. ET on May 9, a nitrogen hose malfunctioned at the INEOS Styrolution facility on Tashmoo Avenue, resulting in a loud noise. We can report that no injuries occurred. Operations teams responded immediately to isolate the flow, and a thorough investigation into the cause of the incident is currently underway. There is no anticipated impact on the surrounding community.
