Incident Details: The Suncor Sarnia refinery is currently in the process of re-starting units following its planned maintenance turnaround. Over the next few days, you may notice periods of increased flaring and a possible increase in noise levels. We are conducting perimeter monitoring as an added safety precaution and have provided information to CAER and the Spills Action Centre.
