CAER Community Awareness Notification – Suncor Sarnia Refinery

Incident Details: Later today, the Suncor Sarnia refinery will begin the process of re-starting units following a third-party service provider outage. During this time, you may notice periods of increased flaring and a possible increase in noise levels. We will conduct perimeter monitoring as an added safety precaution and have provided information of this activity to CAER and the Spills Action Centre.
