CAER Community Awareness Notification – Suncor Refinery

Incident Details: The Suncor Sarnia refinery may be safely shutting down a process unit this morning. Increased flaring and noise are possible. We will be conducting perimeter monitoring as an added safety precaution and have provided information to CAER and the Spills Action Centre.
