CAER Community Awareness Notification – Imperial Sarnia

Message: Today, personnel at Imperial’s Sarnia refinery are isolating a piece of equipment in order to make planned repairs, and this work is expected to last for several hours. There will be elevated flaring and potential for offsite noise. We are taking steps to minimize this where possible. Additional steam may be noticeable and helps reduce smoke in the flares.
