Incident Details: This is Plains Midstream Canada at 13:37 Feb/24/2022. We are responding to a process upset causing our large flare to activate. Members of the public may have noticed a period of increased flaring and smoke during the time period of 13:30 to 13:40. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused for community members.
