Incident Details: As a result of an operational upset this morning, emissions from the boiler stack at Imperial's Sarnia site may be darker than normal. Imperial does not expect emissions from the site to exceed government guidelines. Testing during similar past events indicates emissions have not exceeded health related air quality standards during those occurrences. Personnel are working to return the site to normal operations.
