Incident Details: This is Plains Midstream Canada at 1550hrs on Nov. 15, 2024. We are in the process of starting our plant back up after an unanticipated power failure to the facility. Members of the public may notice periods of increased flaring and noise for the next few hours and we return to normal operations.
