Incident Details: We are restarting a unit at the Shell Manufacturing Centre in Corunna, as a result increased flaring and noise may be observed over the next few days. It is important to note that the flare system is a process safety device and is a normal and vital part of unit shutdown and start-up activities. All safety precautions and standard regulatory protocols will be followed. Required notifications have been issued and updates will be made as needed.
